Now right click on hosts file and go to its properties then go to Security tab select Users under Group or user names and click on edit button,Permission For Host Window will get open, in that window select Users account and grant permission in bellow section which is "Permission for SYSTEM" by clicking all checkbox under "Allow" Name and press Ok.Dont click on any Deny check box.

Note : If  you have login through admin then skip this step6 .Its just for granting permission for editing file.

Step4: Now a notepad file appears something like this as shown below:

Now to hide drive D type Select volume 3 .(Select the appropriate number according to your system)
Then type remove letter D , this will hide your drive.
Now to get your drive back type Select volume 3 and then type assign letter D .

How to enable the Registry disabled by Administrator?

The following message usually displayed when your system is infected by some virus that changes the registry value and hence you get an error message displaying " Registry is disable by Admin". So to fix it you also have to edit the registry but since your registry has been disabled so you cannot directly access it. For this you need to create one registry file that will update the dword value into the registry database.

Steps to enable registry:

1. Open the Notepad.
2. Copy the below code and paste into the notepad.

Open that right clicks on the memory card, select properties and you will be able to check the size of the memory card. 8. There is one more way to confirm the storage capacity. Reopen the Skymedi and select the location of the memory card. This time it will show  2GB.
